Method:           Deliverable formats may include:

• Report and recommendations
• Presentations
• Workshops

Duration:         Dependant on format and content of deliverables. Reports may take an                         equal time to the information gathering process (step 3)

Cost:                Daily rate agreed with client in the proposal (see step 2)
