Step 4: 

Objective:        To record and analyse all information gathered

Method:           The analysis may include:

• Write up of rough interview notes into organised format
• Entering relevant data into a database (where appropriate)
• Preparation of process flow models (where appropriate)
• Identification of key issues to be considered
• Reviewing the options for action with client

Duration:        Usually an equal number of days to the information gathering process

Cost:               Daily rate agreed with the client in the proposal (see step 2)
